Iowa Wrestling’s Win Over Iowa State Clinches Cy-Hawk Series Win
The Iowa Wrestling Team man-handled Iowa State Saturday night, 26-9, to clinch the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series for the University of Iowa. Iowa leads the series this year, 14-7, with only 3 events left and it won't be enough for Iowa State to make up the difference.
The University of Iowa defeated Iowa State in Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Wrestling, Women's Swimming & Diving, and Soccer this season. Iowa State defeated Iowa in Volleyball, Men's Cross Country, and Women's Cross Country. Each school has 1 win in academics also.
