Garth Announces Tour

It was the announcement everyone has been expecting, and this morning it became official.  Garth Brooks made the announcement this morning saying, "We're going on a World Tour in 2014...  It begins...  We're gonna talk with radio...at the end of this week and tell them and celebrate with them..."
