Winter Weather Advisory Sunday

She's already delivered the cold. Now, Mother Nature is ready to send the white.  A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Linn County (including Cedar Rapids) and points north and west from 6am thru midnight Sunday.  Snow is expected to develop across the area Sunday morning and continue into the evening.  Three to four inches of snow, which will be very light, are expected.  However, winds are not expected to be strongwhicch should keep us from large problems with blowing and drifting.  Slick conditions are expected across KHAK Country on Sunday though, so please be very careful if traveling.  Personally, I'm thankful our first real winter driving test is coming on a Sunday.
