Simmons Promotions is very pleased to announce that The 3rd Annual Aftermarket Nationals has just received an added bonus thanks to several Race Engine Builders. The Aftermarket Nationals will be contested this week at the 3/8 mile dirt Farley Speedway in Farley, Iowa. The already record purse for the Aftermarket Nationals has been raised and the added purse money will be paid in the “Engine Builders Challenge” which will feature the drivers that are not qualified for the 50 lap Aftermarket Nationals $10,000 to win event.

Simmons Promotions would like thank the following Engine Builders for supporting the Aftermarket Nationals, Horn Automotive, Doug Nigh Performance, Full Boar Enterprises, Shepard Engine Development, Advance Engine Concepts, Baier’s Engine Service, Performance Concepts, Grawmondbecks Race Engines, Sperry Engines, B&B Racing Engines and Tirys Race Engines. The added purse money will bring the total purse to well over $50,000.

IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sportmods will be the featured divisions for the 3rd Annual Aftermarket Nationals and all IMCA rules will be in effect with the exception that Crate Engines will not be allowed to compete.

Tonight, July 1st will be an open practice; Thursday, July 2nd will be qualifying night with all drivers earning points through a double heat format. Following the Thursday race program 12 drivers in each class will have earned their starting positions in Friday night’s main events.

Friday night’s race program will include last chance qualifiers, the Engine Builders Challenge and the 3rd Annual Aftermarket Nationals Championship Features. Action will take to the track at 6:30 pm each night. The Farley Speedway is located on the west edge of Farley, Iowa just south of US Highway 20.
