A Thousand Horses, from Nashville, is garnering lots of attention with their single "Smoke." When the single was released, it set a record for the highest debut single for a new artist on the Country Radio Aircheck Chart. Rolling Stone has called the band one of the best up and comers due to their high energy and amazing stage presence. "Smoke" is the first single of their soon to be released album Southernality. Their debut album, A Thousand Horses was released in 2010. One song off the album was even featured on the soundtrack to the 2011 movie remake of Footloose.
