If you're a fan of onion rings, then today is your lucky day! June 22nd is National Onion Rings Day here in the U.S., and it's another excuse to devour some delicious fried food.

In honor of today's holiday, we decided to take a look at some of the best onion rings across Eastern Iowa. Since there is no "official" list anywhere, I used the power of social media to put together my own. I absolutely LOVE the onion rings from Sally's and Tic Toc! If I had to choose, those would be my top two. Some of the other suggestions from Eastern Iowans include Palisades Cafe in Mount Vernon, Hwy 30 Diner in Cedar Rapids, Harper's Public House in Dysart, Tornado's Grub & Pub in Cedar Rapids, and Pub 217 in Cedar Rapids.
