Come on, we're all kids at heart!

Last night I got home from the gym and I realized my apartment was gross and I needed to clean something. One of my least favorite household chores is doing dishes, but I sucked it up and did them anyways. After I got done, I was immensely proud of myself. Like, unusually proud. After all, all I did was a normal chore that, as an adult, I'm SUPPOSED to do. I was so proud of myself, though, that I decided to reward myself with a grilled cheese and an hour of watching TV. Yes, that's right, I REWARDED myself for doing a chore. Suddenly, I was getting childhood flashbacks. What ADULT gets rewards for doing chores? Apparently me.

I realized that I actually have a lot of childish habits. For example, I absolutely love Lunchables. I eat one for dinner probably once a week. I also enjoy animated movies, coloring, and TV shows that I watched when I was 7. And yes, I HAVE built a blanket fort in the last year (no kids involved). I'll never be 100% grown up, and I'm ok with it.

What's something that you do as an adult that can be considered "childish?" Leave a comment and let us know!
