What Went Wrong at Your Wedding?

Courtlin went to a beautiful wedding this weekend, but there was one small issue that the bride wasn't too happy about!

Wedding season is in full swing! It seems like every weekend, at least half of my Facebook friends are attending a wedding ceremony somewhere. I was only invited to one summer wedding this year, so my run is over, but I bet a lot of you have more on the way in these next few months.

I absolutely LOVE going to weddings (especially as a date!), but for the people throwing the wedding, there's a whole lot of pressure. Your wedding is supposed to be one of the best days of your life, so you want everything to be absolutely perfect. But nothing is ever perfect, right?

At the wedding I attended this weekend, things went pretty darn well. The wedding party and the bride looked stunning, the weather for the outdoor ceremony was flawless, and the food was delicious... there was just one small issue: the air conditioning in the ballroom wasn't working. At one point we had to physically move our table so we were out of the sun, because it was so stinkin' hot! During the dancing portion of the evening, my face was a beautiful shade of shiny, tomato red. Luckily, they were able to crack the windows when it got dark, and there was a nice outdoor patio we could get some air on. The bride obviously wasn't happy about the lack of a/c, but that's the only part of the evening that went wrong, so it was still a definite overall success!
