The unique event venue is called The Midnight Gem. The owners are husband and wife duo Alex and Jordan Nelson. You can see them pictured below with shovels in hand when they first broke ground on the place back in 2022. With them are officials from builder Halo Companies and financier Green State Credit Union.

Before the building was even up they had over 50 weddings and events on the books. When you see the modern-industrial space, you'll see why so many were, and continue to be, intrigued. As you can see from the photos below the space offers an outdoor courtyard, putting green, firepits, a luxury brick bar, and so much more!

The Midnight Gem is located in Swisher, Iowa off of highway 965. With its close proximity to Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and the Eastern Iowa Airport, it's an ideal event venue. What's nice about it too is that it flows nicely from indoor and outdoor areas. People that want to be able to roam and not be stuck inside will be extremely pleased.
