This Week’s ‘Teacher of the Week’ Comes From the CRCSD!

Happy Friday! We have another amazing local educator to honor this morning with our KHAK 'Teacher of the Week' award, and that teacher is Amber Harrison! Amber is a 1st-grade teacher at Harrison Elementary School in Cedar Rapids. She was nominated by Hailee Weise, and this is what her entry said:

"Amber has been both my daughters' teacher and has taken special time and dedication towards their emotional and educational growth in their times of special need. She is a great life mentor and a wonderful teacher."

For doing such an awesome job, Amber will be receiving a free massage or facial from Massage Heights, plus $25 gift cards to Half Price Books, Wild Hogs, and Kathy's Pies!
