The newbo evolve Festival is Looking for Local Performers

The brand new newbo evolve Festival in Cedar Rapids is on the hunt for a couple of local acts to fill out their music line-up on August 5th! The official call for musicians reads:

"Due to a significant level of interest from local performers, newbo evolve is working with The Pork Tornadoes to select two additional acts to open the Sunday, August 5 music lineup on the newbo evolve stage."

Because they're trying to celebrate local talent, all acts must be within a 30-mile radius of Cedar Rapids. If your act meets that qualification, all you need to do is fill out the form on the GO Cedar Rapids website. You'll need to include your name/group name, the genre of music, your website, a link to a YouTube video of your most recent performance, and your email address. Your entry must be submitted by May 15th.

The current lineup includes The Pork Tornadoes, Slap N Tickle, Adam Keith and more.
