The Eat Shop's new storefront is located at 1107 7th Ave, in "the heart of Uptown adjacent to Marion’s Central Plaza." According to the official website, it is now open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Offerings include "freshly baked pastries and delicious quick casual lunches with a robust espresso bar."

The Eat Shop first opened in Solon in 2021 and has continued to expand over the past several years. In 2023, their first café location opened at the University of Iowa College of Law, followed by a second cafe location at the University of Iowa College of Public Health in 2024. Overall, the Marion shop is their fourth Corridor location.

One of the most beloved items available at the Eat Shop is their signature cinnamon rolls. In fact, several reviewers on Facebook say that they are the best that they've ever had! Other popular goodies include the pecan rolls, kolaches, muffins, cookies, scones, and pies.
