How do they come up with their rankings?

They've evaluated and ranked the top BBQ restaurants in the U.S. by analyzing Google review scores, the cost of a full rack of BBQ ribs, a regular-sized serving of BBQ baked beans, and a regular-sized sweet tea or lemonade. Using this data, we calculated a weighted average to determine the top BBQ spots in the country. All data is accurate as of August 5, 2024.

Moski's BBQ in Cascade, Iowa, boasts an impressive 4.9 rating on Google reviews and is ranked as the ninth-best barbecue restaurant in the nation.
