See How Lil’ Drug Store of Cedar Rapids Became A Household Name
Immerse yourself in the 50-year legacy of Lil’ Drug Store Products at our new exhibit. I don't know if you'll need a special immersion suit but we'll worry about that later. Beginning in the 1970s with a simple idea, Lil’ Drug Store Products has transformed the convenience retail industry, establishing itself as the top supplier of health and beauty care products for both convenience and travel channels. They're literally everywhere. Not to alarm you but they're probably in your house right NOW! If you look at their website you see they're in every state and everywhere in that state. They seem to have a little bit going on.
What do you get to see?
The exhibit highlights how Lil’ Drug Store Products has tackled industry challenges, expanded its portfolio through strategic partnerships, and maintained a reputation for excellence and ethical business practices. The company is also recognized for its dedication to making a positive impact on the community.
This exhibit, made possible by a generous donation from Lil’ Drug Store Products, will be available from Thursday, August 22nd to Tuesday, December 10th, 2024. Make a generous donation, that's always a good way to get something named after you or about you.
When is the history center open?
The History Center is open to the public on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for active military members, $6 for students, and free for children under 5. I've been told to stop acting like a 5-year-old. At these times would I be able to get in for the 5-year-old rate of free?
