Another downtown Cedar Rapids restaurant is officially up for sale.

If you've ever spent time in downtown Cedar Rapids, especially in the area surrounding the McGrath Amphitheater, you've probably enjoyed a bite to eat or a couple of drinks at Quinton's Bar and Deli. According to the Cedar Rapids Gazette, the restaurant is now looking for new ownership. It was officially listed for sale last week.

According to the Gazette, for $400,000, you get a turnkey package including the business, furniture, fixtures, and all the equipment. The restaurant features plenty of patio seating with views of the McGrath Amphitheater. You can hear concerts from your seat! Quinton's will remain open for business while it searches for a buyer. Quinton's also has locations in Coralville, Iowa City, and Des Moines.

The Gazette reports that Quinton's is the latest Kingston Village area restaurant to go up for sale. Bari Italian next door closed in March after failing to find new ownership. And just a few blocks away at 103 8th Ave SW, the Flying Wienie is also listed for sale, for an asking price of $435,000.
