I'm telling you, these are the PERFECT summer treat!

I want to start by saying that I am not a big ice cream-eater. My first real job when I was 16 was at Cold Stone Creamery, and after a year of that, I got pretty sick of it. But, what I DO love is smoothies. I drink smoothies constantly. That's probably why I fell in LOVE with these popsicles.

And no, this isn't an ad or an endorsement (although, I would be open to one! Wink, wink). I just feel like everyone should know how good these are!

For the past several weeks, I have been eating 2 to 3 of the Outshine Frozen Fruit Bars a day. Some days, they're actually my dinner! Is that the healthiest choice? No. But, there are much worse choices I could make, so I don't feel bad. I don't know how to explain to you how delicious and refreshing these things are, you just have to try them for yourself. I typically buy mine at Hy-Vee!

So far, my absolute FAVORITE flavors are the strawberry and peach, but I've started buying new flavors to try whenever I pick up a box of my favorites at the store. This week is all about the watermelon flavor. It's definitely good, but not nearly as soft or delicious as the peach or strawberry. It's also been recommended that I try the Cherry Limeade and Pina Colada flavors, although I haven't seen those two in any of the stores I've been to! Here's a list of all the flavors available, courtesy of Outshine's website:

  • Cherry Limeade
  • Creamy Coconut
  • Grape
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Mango
  • Mango with Tajín
  • Peach
  • Pineapple
  • Pomegranate
  • Raspberry
  • Strawberry
  • Tangerine
  • Tropical Punch
  • Watermelon
