There is a new calculator that measures how much weight you can expect to gain (or lose) while you're stuck working from home. I decided to take the test and these were my results...

The website is called and I learned some new things that I never really thought about,"if you keep snacks around the desk and start having an extra drink or two, it turns out you could put on over 10 pounds!" But hey now that you know, maybe we can escape the that fate through exercise and healthy eating.

The test takes about 20 seconds, and I found out real fast that I'm a very unhealthy eater. Especially while sitting at my desk.

Right now I am estimated to gain over 5 pounds which was not my plan at all. Hopefully now I can keep an eye on what I eat, and start exercising a bit! You can check it out for yourself here.
