#3 - Robins - Home value $410,599, up 4.3% in 1 year.

#6 - Ely - Home value $372,750, up 3.3% in 1 year.

#8 - Bertram - Home value $354,424, up 6.4% in 1 year.

#9 - Palo - Home value $343,472, up 4.5% in 1 year.

#11 - Walford - Home value $333,458, up 9.9% in 1 year.

#15 - Fairfax - Home value $311,533, up 3.7% in 1 year.

#25 - Marion - Home value $281,616, up 3.6% in 1 year.

#29 - Hiawatha - Home value $265,459, up 5.2% in 1 year.

As for the city of Cedar Rapids, Zillow reports that the average price of a home sits at around $215,210, up 2.4% from one year ago.
