The Insane Inflatable 5K is returning to Cedar Rapids! It all goes down (or up) on Saturday, June 17 at Hawkeye Downs.

This 5K is sure to be fun for all as you bounce your way through 12 giant inflatable obstacles. Our KHAK air staff decided to join in on the fun and indulge in a little friendly competition by hosting our own waves.
