Growing up and throughout my life, I've spent many times in the Windy City. One of my coolest moments of all time was sitting on the banks of the Chicago River as they dyed it green for St. Patrick's Day. That's something unique about Illinois. It's neat to see it live, but to watch them do it in person is a special experience.
