Is Fall Coming Early?
Summer still officially has a few more weeks, but there's at least one sign that fall might be a little early.
Labor Day weekend is fast approaching, football season is here, and fall begins officially September 22 at 9:21 a.m.
Even though the weather really hasn't changed much, the leaves on the trees have started to. I noticed some color on our trees last week. I hope this doesn't mean we're going to have an early fall and a harsh winter like the Old Farmer's Almanac predicted a month ago. By the way, they predicted a harsh winter last year and overall, it wasn't too bad in Iowa.
I love the fall colors, but I'm not ready yet. How 'bout you?
