A Greene County, Iowa homeowner could face charges after hosting a party that dozens of people attended, reports KCCI Des Moines. Underage drinking also took place at the gathering.
47 citations were issued at the "large beer gathering" that took place on Q Avenue last Friday, April 3.
Just this week, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced that anyone hosting a gathering of more than ten people could face misdemeanor charges.
The misdemeanor charge for violating the 10 person rule has a maximum fine of $625 or 30 days in jail.
