Meet Hannah Stuelke at a Corridor Cafe Grand Opening This Week

What's better than drinking a delicious smoothie and hanging out with an amazing Iowa Hawkeye basketball star? You can do both this Friday at the new Stack Wellness Cafe in Coralville!

Stack Wellness Cafe already has two Cedar Rapids locations, but the one in Coralville is the first outside of Linn County. Located at 3266 Crosspark Road, the cafe offers a "health-focused menu," with a wide variety of smoothies, rice bowls, wraps, salads, and breakfast items. They also sell supplements, energy drinks, protein bars, and more.

The Coralville Stack will host its official grand opening celebration this Friday, February 21st from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Opening day specials include the “$100 for 100 Days” Package, which includes half-priced smoothies for 100 days and a limited-edition, insulated Stack cup. As a bonus, two of those cups will contain a surprise... two courtside tickets to an Iowa women’s basketball game! There will also be raffles and grand opening specials and discounts.

Although the grand opening celebration will last all day, Hawkeye women's basketball star Hannah Stuelke will only be there from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for photos and autographs, so if you want to meet her, that's when you should stop in! Oh, and make sure you try her signature smoothie while you're there... it tastes like a Creamsicle!

I may not be as cool as Hannah, but I will also be at the Stack grand opening this Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.! It's fitting, since I go to the Downtown Cedar Rapids location at least twice a week. My go-to order is a Medi Rice Bowl and a Peach Fusion Smoothie. DELICIOUS. The Pesto Rice Bowl is pretty darn good, too. I hope to see you there on Friday afternoon!
