Eastern Iowa is Home to the Best Chocolate Shop in the State

When it comes to chocolate, there's a shop here in Iowa that does it right! A new study from 24/7 Wall Street has named Chocolate Manor in Davenport as the best chocolate shop in the state!

Chocolate Manor is located at 110 E 2nd Street and is a family-owned and operated business. The article reads:

"Chocolate Manor is run by the Mohr family, who have been making hand-crafted artisan chocolates and other treats for over 20 years. Among their offerings are toffee, caramels, and truffles. For the holiday season, the store is offering peppermint candy cane truffles."

In addition to a variety of truffles, toffee, and caramels, Chocolate Manor also offers other special items like turtles, caramel apples, chocolate-covered strawberries, macarons, chocolate-covered bacon, and more. Looking through their photos on social media, you can see why the shop is so popular! Chocolate Manor is set to host a Hot Chocolate Bar on Saturday, January 14th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For $4, customers can get a cup of their classic hot cocoa and fill it with whatever toppings they want! Options include house-made caramel sauce, made from scratch marshmallows, real whipped cream, and more. The shop's regular hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
