Speaking of food trucks, there are a couple of weekly events here in the Corridor that are centered around them! Every Tuesday is Food Truck Tuesday at NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. If Fridays work better for you, Food Truck Friday happens at the Village Center Plaza in Hiawatha every week from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., as well. The trucks change each week at both events, so there's always something new to try! You can also find lots of local food trucks at farmers markets, fairs, and festivals throughout the summer.
