CRCSD is Home to This Week’s ‘Teacher of the Week’

Happy Friday!

It's time for us to announce another KHAK 'Teacher of the Week!' Today's winner is Michelle Frye, a language arts teacher at Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids, part of the Cedar Rapids Community School District. Michelle was nominated by Hailey. Her entry says:

"Mrs. Frye differentiates herself in the teaching world by not only being an outstanding educator, but also by talking to her students like real people - not as an obligation. Her passion for reading and humanities shines bright and her class has become a favorite part of my day."

For being such a wonderful teacher, Michelle will be receiving gift cards to Half Price Books in Cedar Rapids and Wild Hogs Saloon & Eatery in Walford.
