Opening bills at home is never my favorite thing to do.A few days ago, we received our water bill from the city of Cedar Rapids and the amount was like nothing I had ever seen before!  Why such a HUGE jump?  I figured it out quickly as you can see in this video.  He's got fur, four paws, and (apparently) no time to discuss bills with me!
