Chick-fil-A Still Has the Best Customer Service of Any Fast Food Restaurant
Good customer service can sometimes be hard to come by, but these places are a little bit better than the rest.
For the 5th year in a row, Chick-fil-A came in first place for best customer experience in the fast food industry. With a rating of 78%, it is actually in third place out of 294 companies across 20 different industries! Finishing in the top five for the fast food category are:
2. Subway - 75%
3. IHOP - 74%
4. Little Caesar's - 74%
5. Arby's - 73%
Jack in the Box and Hardees were the only fast food places to improve their rating, while Sonic, Dairy Queen, and Burger King declined the most in their ratings. McDonalds and Burger King were the lowest scoring fast food places.
I'm not going to list the fast food places in town that I've had less-than-great experiences at (I can think of one location in particular that definitely reflects its low rating), but I will give a shout-out to the 1st avenue Taco Bell downtown, because they are always GREAT with their customer service!
