Central City Venue Offers New Option for Family Fun
"There's nothing for my family to do around here!"
Jen English of Central City joined the growing chorus of folks setting out to prove that common complaint wrong. English recently opened The Family Room, at 429 E Main St. in Central City.
It's called "The Family Room" for good reason. Family is important to English, and she knows it is to you, too. Her venue will host everything from craft nights and family game nights to murder mystery dinners, even company holiday parties! Recent bookings have included a vendor fair and a clothing swap. More importantly, everything booked there will take place in a family-friendly environment.
She wants to make it a space to relieve parents of their stress for a while and make memories for families and groups.
