Cedar Rapids Restaurants are Offering Soup Flights This Winter

There's no better comfort food in the winter than hot soup!

Back on November 30th, the Pedaler's Fork in Cedar Rapids announced the addition of soup flights to their menu for a limited time! Each flight include threes different flavors of soup, which are chosen by the customer. Current options include:

• Chicken Noodle
• Broccoli Cheese
• Chicken Tortilla
• Potato Bacon
• Chili

Originally, the Pedaler's Fork was only going to run the special through today, December 6th. But, the flights have been so popular that they are extending them through the end of the month! According to a representative from the restaurant, they will be mixing up the soup flavors that will be available throughout the month, and they are also working on a gluten-free soup.

The Pedaler's Fork isn't the only Cedar Rapids restaurant that offers soup flights! Chophouse Downtown, which is located at 411 1st St SE, has their flight featured on their regular menu. The Chophouse Downtown soup flight also consists of three soups: the Chophouse Chili, Dill Pickle Soup, and the soup of the day.

Cruz's Cafe at 568 Boyson Road in Cedar Rapids also regularly features a soup flight for $9.99!

Flights of all kinds have begun to pop-up at restaurants across the Corridor these last few years! For example, Lucky's on 16th in the Czech Village offers eggs benedict and biscuits & gravy flights, Stillwater Coffee Co. in Hiawatha has coffee flights, Taco Depot locations all feature margarita flights, and Sweet Cheesecake in Marion offers cheesecake flights!
