Flights seem to be all the rage right now! No, I'm not talking about a ride on an airplane, I'm talking about food and beverages. If you're not familiar with the concept, Merriam-Webster says that a flight is "an order of samplings or tastings of selected beverages or food items that is served on a wooden board or in a specially designed carrier." It's incredibly convenient when you want to try more than one flavor of the same item, but more than one regular-sized portion would just be too much.
