Parade Co-Organizer Tells You More About CR Halloween Parade [INTERVIEW]

Not many people want to get dressed up in a Halloween costume at 7 a.m., but Steve Shriver is not your average guy! A big fan of Halloween, Steve helped organize the first ever Cedar Rapids Halloween Parade here in Cedar Rapids. We're very excited to be in this year's parade, with all of us here at KHAK planning to wear adult animal onesies and hand out candy to kids.
