98.1 KHAK First Responder Friday Honors Bill Erb

Each Friday morning at 6:30 a.m., 98.1 KHAK's Brain & Courtlin pay tribute to an Eastern Iowa first responder. The weekly honoree receives a $25 gift card to Wild Hogs Saloon and Eatery in Walford and a $25 gift card to Honor and Respect.

Today we honor Bill Erb, who was nominated anonymously! The entry reads:

"Bill Erb is a leader and hard worker and is so dedicated to the communities where he lives and works. He puts others before himself and is always working and bettering things for his job and community by training and teaching. The fire service means the world to him and is his passion. He is currently the Fire Marshall/Code Enforcement Officer for the Tiffin Fire Department."
