The 24th Annual KHAK Radiothon Kicks Off in Iowa City [PHOTOS]

The 24th Annual KHAK Radiothon for the Children's Miracle Network presented by Aflac is underway!

It's one of the most important times of the year for the K-Hawk crew and Iowa families--the annual KHAK Radiothon for the Children's Miracle Network.

Bob James and Courtlin are broadcasting live from Iowa City to raise money for kids and families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital today and Friday (August 12-13). During the two-day event, which began back in 1997, you'll hear stories from local families and be able to donate to help impact even more families in the area. Over the past 25 years, KHAK has raised over $3.1 million for CMN and local families right here in Iowa.

The duo will interview kids and their families that have been treated at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. You'll hear touching, sometimes heartbreaking stories, and learn about the top-notch care that the hospital provides during the course of two days. During the radiothon, you'll have the opportunity to call in or go online to donate to this amazing cause and help save children's lives. After a year off (due to COVID), let's make this year the best one ever. There are several ways you can donate:
