A Look Back at All of Our 2024 First Responder Friday Honorees

(Almost) Every week in 2024, we honored an awesome area first responder with our 'First Responder Friday' award! Let's take a look back at all 49 of this year's winners!

Before we get to our 2024 recap, we want to encourage you to send in nominations for First Responder Friday in 2025! If you know a first responder that's doing amazing work here in Eastern Iowa, take a few minutes and send in your entry HERE. We will continue honoring Iowans until the nominees stop coming in!

If you sent in an entry awhile back and that person never won, it's likely because the photo was blurry or too small for us to use. If that's the case, you can just send in a new entry with a different picture! We would still love to be able to choose your nominee as one of our 2025 honorees!

*Please remember that we need parental permission to post any photos that include children. If the children in the submitted in the photo are not your own, let us know so that we can cover up their faces.*
