It's no secret that the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show premiered last night. And although I didn't watch it, I think I've seen enough coverage on social media that I never have to ACTUALLY watch it.

And if my Twitter newsfeed is any indication, a lot of women have lowered self-esteems today. I've seen comments about people saying they are going back to the gym, they are going to start dieting, and basic overall self-deprication. But, I just want to remind women that we shouldn't feel that way! Being a Victoria's Secret Angel is a full-time JOB and it's HARD WORK. Us normal people have other full-time jobs, we don't have time for that! And, they don't get to enjoy pizza and nachos everyday!

Out of curiosity, I decided to see if I could find out what kind of diet/exercise it takes to prepare for the VS Fasion Show. Aside from the regular strict diet/exercise routines the models have to do year-round, they have even STRICTER rules to prepare for the show. This includes 2-a-day workouts and something called a "dry-out" where you aren't allowed to eat or drink anything for 24 hours leading up to the show.
