  LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM 5 BELOW TO 10 BELOW.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...WIND CHILLS AROUND -30 THIS MORNING. THIS
  AFTEROON THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING WIND CHILLS WILL RANGE FROM
  MINUS 20 TO MINUS 25.

* IMPACTS...THE WIND AND VERY COLD AIR WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE
