STORM WARNING FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM NOON THURSDAY TO 6 AM CST FRIDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS
NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW THURSDAY AFTERNOON...WHICH
  WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES.

* WINDS...WEST 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE POSSIBLE AT TIMES DUE
  TO BLOWING SNOW RESULTING IN NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY
  IN RURAL AREAS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND
  THURSDAY NIGHT DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY AND SNOW COVERED ROADS.
