Veteran Gives Brantley Gilbert an Incredible Gift

Brantley Gilbert is a big supporter of the Wound Warrior Project and during a meet-and-greet at a recent event, a veteran made a presentation to Brantley that very well may bring you to tears.

The meeting happened at an event that featured a therapeutic ride for combat veterans dealing with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). The big man in the red shirt presented Brantley with a purple heart he received during his service to our country. He told Brantley, "My blood, sweat, and tears are on this. I'd like to give you my first purple heart." The man is clearly very nervous and incredibly touched by Brantley efforts and the country star is also obviously moved as the two share some quiet words and a warm embrace.

I'm sure Brantley would agree it was the greatest meet-and-greet he's ever been involved with and the best gift he'll probably ever receive.
