Jason Aldean's "Burn It Down" Tour show in Cedar Falls is still two days away, but the work is already underway inside the UNI Dome. It's also a night Jason will help in the battle against breast cancer.

You may recall that Jamie Pollard, Iowa State University's Athletic Director, suffered a heart attack inside the UNI Dome three weeks ago while attending a track meet. We're glad to see he's doing much better and returned to the Dome this morning:

Jason Aldean, who headlines Saturday night's "Burn It Down" Tour show in Cedar Falls (with Cole Swindell and Tyler Farr) is recognizing a breast cancer survivor at every show on his tour. He gives them the VIP Treatment, with full details here.

Jason is also setting aside a portion of proceeds from every show on the tour and donating it to Susan G. Komen South Florida. Finally, he will host his 10th Annual Concert for the Cure on October 24th. It's just another case of a country star doing good for others. Jason, you have the thanks of thousands... us included.
