Winter Storm Jonas was a huge headache for the East Coast last weekend. 20" to 36" of snow fell and brought major cities to a standstill. But that standstill could bring in $1.4 million dollars for Washington D.C.

Washington D.C. has issued fines for cars left on snow emergency routes and towed almost 700 vehicles. Of those 700 vehicles, over 430 were impounded by private tow companies and were issued $250 parking tickets plus the $100 tow fee and a $20 per day storage fee.

The storm is one of the 5 worst snow storms and clean-up and snow removals is still going on.
