Steele Goes Back To The Future With His New TV Set Up. Finds That “Old Fashioned” Antenna Not So Bad After All.

The Steele household just partially thrust itself back to the 1950's! Ok, let me explain.  Until yesterday we never had a television in our living room.  It was more of a "chill out" atmosphere where we had music playing and we could just sit and chat.  We had a TV in the family room and bedroom and that was enough.  But yesterday I saw a deal I couldn't pass up and got us a small flat screen for the living room.

In doing this, I promised we wouldn't add any extra cost to our monthly DirecTV bill (which we have on the other two televisions), and we go "old school" with good old rabbit ears antenna.  Misty dug up this relic from the basement and much to my amazement we're pulling in 19 HD channels!  So much for the 1950's!
