Our Latest ‘Teacher of the Week’ Comes From Thornburg

Just because teachers aren't in class with their students right now, doesn't mean they're not still hard at work! We are continuing our KHAK 'Teacher of the Week' award through the end of May, which means we are still taking your nominations.

This week's winning educator is Jennifer Zebuhr, a first-grade teacher at Tri-County Schools in Thornburg! Jennifer was nominated anonymously. The entry reads:

"Jen is an amazing teacher and genuinely cares for her students and wants the best for them. She puts her heart and soul into her job and loves teaching! She definitely deserves the recognition!"

For being such a wonderful teacher, Jennifer is going to be receiving gift cards to Half Price Books in Cedar Rapids and Wild Hogs Saloon & Eatery in Walford!
