Most People Refuse To Try Eating Someplace New

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet dinner out this Valentines Day.  We wanted to go somewhere that wasn't a national chain, and that we hadn't been to before.  We ended up finding such a restaurant and had a great time.  It's fun to go someplace new.  If you have a good experience, you rush to tell your friends about the great restaurant that you found.  But most of us rarely venture out of our comfort zone.

A survey found that 98% of us have several restaurants we always go to.  I have no problem with having a favorite place that you visit more than others.  But why limit yourself to only 2 or 3?  Think of all you're missing!  25% of people say they only eat at 2 places!  Women are more likely to try someplace new than men.  So the next time your wife or girlfriend sugests you try something new...listen!  Variety is the spice of life!
