The Iowa Hawkeyes jumped back into the win category last night with an impressive 85-72 win against Ohio St. What was impressive was Iowa did it without their leading scorer Peter Jok. Jok has been playing injured the last 3 weeks and was on the bench in street clothes.

Brady Ellingson came off the bench and led the Hawks in scoring with 17 point. Ellingson was 5-7 from 3 point land and Ohio St. never had an answer for guarding Ellingson. Tyler Cook had 13 and Linn Mar Alum Jordan Bohannon had 12 points.

The Hawks hit the road for a Tuesday night game at Rutgers. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. on BTN.
