Going Grocery Shopping? Do Not Buy These Items.

I do most of our grocery shopping. This happens for several reasons including the hours I work and ease of grocery shopping at 11:30 a.m. on a Thursday as opposed to 10.m. on a Saturday. I also happen to enjoy grocery shopping. When I was in high school I worked at a grocery store for almost 3 years and even make a pretty intricate list when I go.

I recently saw this article on things you shouldn't buy at the grocery store and these are mostly dead on and thought I should pass them along to KHAK country!

4. Bottled Water
