Spring is here and it's time for the 2nd Annual Live Healthy Iowa 5K in Guthridge Park in Hiawatha. The 5K Run/Walk begins at 8 am with the 1K Kids Run at 9 am. Brain & Courtlin will be hosting the race again this year, helping keep you motivated!
