Last Friday, it officially began.  The first Christmas gift of the season was purchased!  I'm not going to reveal what I bought, or for who, because I'd like to think my family occasional logs on and reads my blogs!  And while I've complained publicly about holiday sales starting too soon, when it comes to online shopping, the deals can't come soon enough!

My major purchase came on a retailer's "Pre Black Friday" sale online.  Yes, I didn't even have to stand in line for ten hours to get what I wanted!  More and more shoppers are doing a majority of their shopping online.  And why not?  There's no waiting, many times you can get free shipping and there aren't limited quantities like at some stores on Black Friday.
