Dog Owners Beware!

The Last Hope Animal Rescue put this warning out on Thursday afternoon.

"We have received word that there have been at least 3 dogs stolen from people's yards in NE Cedar Rapids and Marion. They believe an older model blue truck without plates might be involved. Please do not leave your dogs outdoors unattended even if they are in a fence. These people have been very brazen. Contact the police if you see anyone suspicious approaching a yard with a dog. Keep your dogs safe."

PLEASE...keep an eye on your dog when you let him/her out - even if they are in a fenced in area!
