Did You Know These Famous People Were From Iowa?

Iowa produces a lot more than corn. Apparently, we're pretty good at making famous people too.

Believe it or not, a lot of big names have ties to our beloved state. We did some digging on sites like TheFamousPeople, OnlyInYourState, and TravelIowa to gather a list of big name celebrities from the state.

One of the biggest celebrities to come out of Iowa is Jason Momoa. While he was born in Hawaii, he grew up in Norwalk, Iowa. It's a small town of around 14,000 people. Back in 2019, he even gave us a little tour of his old stomping grounds.

Aside from Jason, there are a ton of other well-known folks to come out of the Hawkeye state.
